ZYfire Testing Center Achieves Landmark Accreditation

In a significant milestone for our company, ZYfire's testing center became the first in the sector to receive accreditation from the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) in 2022. This prestigious recognition underscores the center's commitment to maintaining internationally recognized testing capabilities and standards.

The center is equipped with a range of advanced testing machines designed to assess the quality and performance of ZYfire products comprehensively. Among these is the Mooney and Vosicometer Tester, which measures the viscosity and scorch time of mixing rubber, ensuring that the materials meet stringent quality requirements.

To further evaluate product durability, the center employs High-low Temperature and Ozone Aging Test Equipment. ZYfire’s products undergo rigorous testing in extreme conditions, with the highest temperatures reaching up to 150°C (302°F) and the lowest plummeting to -70°C (-94°F). The Ozone Aging Test Machine simulates various atmospheric conditions, including temperature, humidity, and ozone levels, to assess the long-term performance of materials.

Additionally, Pressure Burst Test Machines are utilized to determine the maximum pressure that ZYfire hoses can withstand before bursting, providing critical data on product safety. The **Abrasion Test Machines** evaluate the hose's resistance to wear, ensuring durability even in demanding environments.

The center also conducts textile tests, including the Mesuring Reel, which assesses the linear density of the weave layer in hoses, and the Tensile Machine, which measures the tearing strength of yarn and lining tubes. This thorough testing process guarantees that ZYfire's hoses not only meet but exceed industry standards.
