l A high-tenacity polyester inner layer with great flexibility and strength.

3rd layer:

l An inner nitrile rubber layer that protects the fabric.

l Provides enhanced tensile strength and durability.

4th layer:

l External layer of specially formulated rubber with Hypalon.

l Protective coating to resist physical wear and environmental factors.

The adhesion strength of through-the-weave internal layer is 50N, and our existing two steps hose also can reach 50N by improving the weave.The outer layer utilizes special materials (such as Hypalon, Nitrile Rubber Mixed with Kevlar Pulp etc) to increase the abrasive and aging resistance of the hose, and greatly increase its service life.The internal layer can be customized (NBR/TPR, EPDM, etc) for diferent operating environments.
